Leading, not lagging Indicators

While it is inevitable to one day find your business face-to-face with unforeseen obstacles. Minimizing those risks is an obvious comfort your business should seek. I often find that many businesses I speak with use what I call 'lagging indicators', or data that explains why you are in the predicament you are currently facing.
